A:  Our MOQ is 100PCS if you choose the cap from our website, MOQ for custom design is 500PCS.

 

Q: Can I order the cap with my own design & logo?

A:  Yes, we can do your logo and design if you catch our MOQ policy.

 

Q: Can you make the cap sample for approval before starting the mass production? How can i get the custom sample?

A:  Yes, we can make sample for your approval before production, but sample charge and sample delivery will under your account. 

 

Q: What the payment method did you accept?

A: For amount below US$1000, we accept “Paypal” only, over US$1000 will be by TT.

 

Q: How is your sample time and mass production time?

A: Normally we need 7-12vdays for sample.

100-500 PCS we need 15-20 days

500-1000PCS, we need 25-30 days

Above 1000PCS will be checked time to time.

Remark: the time is based on our own style, any special design will be checked case by case.




Q: Can you arrange the shipping for me?

A: We can arrange the shipping for you. Normally we delivery small quantity by DHL, FedEx, UPS only, over 1000PCS will be ship by sea or air as per your requirement.
